What are the dates of the 200-hour training are you applying for? *

Are you able to make all the of the meetings? If no, please explain. *

Understanding that full price of the training is $2500, and scholarships can go up to as much as half of that amount, what amount are you able to pay out of pocket? *

Would you need a payment plan on that amount? Typically we don't extend payments beyond the last day of the training. Given that, explain your proposed payment schedule. *

Explain your financial situation in detail, and why this training is the best fit for you right now, as opposed to a different season or year. *

We see scholarships as an energy exchange! In exchange for a partial scholarship, we ask applicants to outline a service project for the Waupaca community that energetically equates to the amount of a scholarship you potentially receive. How you propose this is completely up to you. Please tell us how do you intend to use the education you'll receive as a part of our program to give back in Waupaca County post-graduation. (The more detailed, the better!) *
