Please pre-register no later than 1 hour prior to class. Teachers will verify class registration exactly 1 hour prior to class. If there are no signups, teachers won't head to the studio. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding!

This is a powerful practice where we use fabric hammocks hanging from the ceiling to enhance our yoga practice! It's so much more that flips and tricks... and if you're new to it, you will likely be in good company! Everyone is either a newbie themselves, or they remember being a newbie.
