Join us for a 75 minute Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga session on the beautiful Waupaca Chain O'Lakes! A few quick things:

No paddleboard experience is necessary and all yoga abilities are welcome - our focus truly is on having FUN on the water! Come with an open mind, free spirit, and willingness to laugh!
Let the board be your yoga mat. There is no better way to connect with nature & to truly find yourself in the present moment. Starting with a brief introduction to paddling we will get on the water & paddle to a designated location where we will anchor down for class. Our SUP yoga class is designed to help increase your core stability, improve your balance and keep you on your board (though you are free to fall in if you please!). Our relaxing and oh, so fun beginner level yoga sequence focusing on breath, body awareness & alignment. This is the a truly unique yoga experience on some of Wisconsin's most amazing waters. FAQ's
Where do we meet? Registered Yogi's will meet at Knight Landing, N2417 Knight Ln, Waupaca WI 54981. Please use the GPS address if you are not familiar with the area. It will lead you right to the landing. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get setup and ready for the start of class.
What do I wear? Whatever you feel comfortable falling into the water in! Chances are, you'll get wet. Some people wear swimming suits with nothing else, some layer up in yoga pants and a t-shirt...anything goes it's totally up to you and your comfort level. We just recommend bringing layers and deciding at the landing based on the weather.
What do I need? Ideally, you'll leave all of your personal belongings at the landing - BUT, we know that's not always practical. You will want to leave things of value in your car, that you don't really need out on the water. Think about traveling light. The more stuff you bring, the less room you have for yoga! You may want to bring a waterproof dry bag to hold your keys or your cell, etc. Anything you bring along needs to be able to be strapped to the paddle- board. If renting equipment for class, but sure to verify whether you will need to bring your own life jacket. Don't forget that positive attitude!
How do I know if class gets cancelled due to inclement weather? Keep an eye out on our social media pages for any cancellation information due to inclement weather. Ultimately, it will be at your instructors discretion to cancel class. We'll post on Instagram and Facebook & on the schedule if there is a need to cancel.
