Shelle Kuntz

Virtual and In-Person Sessions Available
Hi! I’m Shelle!  If I could share one gift with you, it would be Yoga. Yoga is the combination of so many things – it’s not just poses, it’s mind, body, soul, energy, love.  I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and love to meet my students right where they are.  Whether it’s your very first class or you need some extra instruction, some teaching on the Yogic Lifestyle, or some Energy Medicine Yoga – I’m your partner to come along side you.  Did I mention Paddle Board Yoga or Kriya Kundalini practices? I love to teach, I love to share wisdom.  I specialize in Brides and Bridal Parties with a class tailored just to meet your special event!  Let me share my creative positivity in a way that will meet you as you are – let’s laugh, let’s breathe, let’s find JOY, and let’s do YOGA!

Why have you chosen to teach private yoga?
I love to share yoga in a private setting. I can really take the time to listen to the needs of my student and create a class perfectly suited to each individual. The classes can be more relaxed with interaction and cueing to meet my student right where they are in their own yoga practice.

What makes your private classes different from your public classes?
While you find the same joyful, loving Shelle who sprinkles wisdom no matter where I'm teaching, you will receive instruction based on YOUR needs and YOUR abilities. In a private setting we can do a deep dive into any aspect of yoga or a combination of them. You can learn about a yoga lifestyle while you’re learning poses or while finding stress release!

What aspects of yoga and wellness do you most enjoy sharing with your private yoga clients?
I love ALL of the yoga!  I love to share ways to find relief from stress and anxiety in a variety of modalities – I’ll lead you in a gentle, yin or restorative class OR I’ll take you on a journey with Kriya Kundalini, Asana, and a vinyasa flow.  The best news?  You can pick and choose what you need and I’ll create a class series just for you!

Hi, I’m Brittany! I became a certified yoga instructor in 2018 through Yoga Hive Montana. Since then my passion for yoga has only grown. The more I learn, the more passionate I feel about my personal practice and sharing it with others. Movement in general (hiking, skiing, running etc.) is a gift that needs to be shared. Yoga is my way of sharing it.

Why have you chosen to teach private yoga?
When teaching private classes, I get to connect with students on a more personal level with time and attention for cues that will relate specifically to their body and practice. If the student is comfortable,  hands on adjustments can up-level a students' practice in a way that is hard to do in a full class of people!

What makes your private classes different from your public classes?
The main difference in a private session with me vs. public class is that it will be created specifically for you. I suggest having a 30-45 minute phone call (or
coffee meet up!) with me to discuss what you would
like to work on when we’re together. When I ask why you would like to have a private yoga class, I am truly interested in your answer. Is it to get more fit? Is it because you struggle with consistent stress and anxiety? Your answers will form the basis for the style of yoga I teach and poses I focus on! We can plan a one time class or, for more long term goals (like doing a handstand), we can discuss multiple class options. Whatever works best for you, works for me!

What aspects of yoga and wellness do you most enjoy sharing with your private yoga clients?

My goal for you is to feel more open, strong and balanced from the inside out when leaving one of my classes. Our bodies and minds truly guide our lives and, through the practice of yoga, you can create an intimate connection with yourself that will ultimately serve as a roadmap to the life you are meant to live (or continue living!).

I love focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility through dynamic Vinyasa Flows that will encourage you to push your limits, while reaping the benefits of deep stretching and trying new things that your body may never have done before!

Although I love teaching my power flows, that is not my exclusive style. I also love to slow it down, take time to break down each pose, and give you verbal- and physical if that is something you are interested in- adjustments that you can take home with you and practice on your own!

Hi, Friends! Like many, I came to yoga out of a need to find something for me to call my own during a stressful time in my life. What I have learned the last several years has had an invaluable impact on my life and I can not wait to share these yogic tools & technologies with you, helping you to step into your best self, living your best life. Let's chat! I want to hear all about you and love to plan sessions that are fun, engaging, full of laughter and/or tears - whatever you need for wherever you're at, I'm in!

Why have you chosen to teach private yoga?
Private or even Semi-Private (small group) yoga is my absolute favorite way to share yoga. There is a little spark of magic that lights up within when I work with a yogi one-on-one. Knowing that everyone is on a different journey, I take the time to find out where you are at, where you think you want to go and what might help you best to get you there. I truly enjoy the time we spend together, as I'm able to share the things I've learned with you, showing you ways to incorporate them into your daily life.

What makes your private classes different from your public classes?
Public yoga classes have an amazing way of sprinkling bits of knowledge and truth-bombs along the way, with each yogi in attendance typically finding some part of the class that resonates.

Through private yoga classes, I aim to center the entire session(s) on you. No matter if you're looking to get yourself ready to join a public class, to learn or advance in specific poses, how to get started on or elevate your meditation practice or even to learn about incorporating Essential Oils into your practice, life and routine - we'll work together to get you exactly what you're looking for and make the most of your private sessions.

What aspects of yoga and wellness do you most enjoy sharing with your private yoga clients?
My personal practice centers heavily around meditation with gentle and yin yoga practices. I love to incorporate Himalayan Kriya! Essential oils are a large part of my life and I find great joy in bringing them to my yoga practice. My focus is typically on stress and anxiety relief - shaking it off and letting it all go, flipping perspectives while going within to get to the deeper root of things that trigger and practicing ways to enjoy life to the fullest. I'll be honest - I'm not your go-to girl for high-intensity Vinyasa flows. No worries though - see all these beautiful people above me? They're all amazing yogis to whom I look to when I want to share a heat-building Vinyasa flow. You'll be in talented, passionate and loving hands with each one of us, no matter what your focus or which instructor you choose to guide you. <3

We are so excited to work with you. We'll see you soon!
