We are excited to offer aerial yoga for you at Yoga Hive Wisconsin! This is a powerful practice where we use fabric hammocks hanging from the ceiling to enhance our yoga practice! It's so much more that flips and tricks... and if you're new to it, you will likely be in good company! Everyone is either a newbie themselves, or they remember being a newbie.
