Hive Flows are our version of a Power Vinyasa Flow — linking movement with breath. A Honey Flow features longer holds and a little less intensity. Gentle Yoga is exactly what it sounds like and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Energy Medicine Yoga classes focus on tapping into your body's energy systems, awakening them and unblocking channels. Restorative classes are truly that - yummy poses held for a longer period of time, allowing your body to relax and find nourishment in the stillness of the asana.
